Our staffing approach prioritizes connection, flexibility, and quality care. Providers create a nurturing, child-led learning experience with hands-on materials delivered directly to them. Sessions are scheduled at times that work best for each family, offering flexibility while maintaining consistency for the child. To ensure progress, we conduct quarterly reviews, providing support for both providers and families along the way.
